What User doesn't like about Kataluma Chai:
I love the chai, it’s delicious. But the customer service was awful, hence why I didn’t tip like I usually do. She gave me my cup over filled and thought I would just take it that way, no. And also no greeting or a simple “I’ll be right with you” and dirty looks. I’ll still come for the chai but watch the service. View all feedback.

Chai. Chai. Chai. There are bags to go. Chairs for sitting. But you can always take it to go. My favorite is the chocolate mint.
I've been coming to Kataluma since it first opened at mills and it's always been awesome. I love the blended nutcracker, it's like Christmas is a cup but you can get it year round.Food: 5/5
Not good. How do you order a normal chai here. Tried to pick a normal flavor and it was disgusting and way too sweet. Very expensive and it went straight in the trash. Waste of time and money.
