Insomnia Cookies - Lakewood

The variety is both impressive and fantastic. There are countless wonderful choices. I tried three vegan cookies, and they were incredible. The best part is that they're warm, as if you just took them out of the oven.

Fantastic cookies! The cookies were perfect, and the two ladies working there provided exceptional customer service! Despite being incredibly busy with baking and taking orders, they handled everything wonderfully. They definitely deserve a raise; their excellent service made me want to return. The negative reviews come from people who don’t understand what it's like on the other side of the counter. Those two ladies had a lot to manage while also baking. There's just too much expectation placed on them with such limited staff.

What are dreams made of? They’re made of warm insomnia cookies paired with ice cream! Last night, I had an insomnia cookie sandwich filled with vanilla ice cream, and it was absolutely incredible. The combination of the warm cookie and cold ice cream is just heavenly! You have to try one!

The cookies are delicious! I haven't tried many yet since I just started visiting, but they are a bit on the pricey side.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I don't understand why I paid extra for the deluxe cookies. I ordered two chocolate peanut butter cup cookies, but what I received was not what was shown in the menu pictures. Where are the chocolate peanut butter chunks that were advertised? I've ordered this type of cookie several times before and received what was shown on the menu, so I know this isn't how it should look. When I took the cookies back to the store, the staff member told me that the chocolate chunks aren't always included and that none of the cookies they had that night had the chocolate peanut butter chunks. If that's the case, then I shouldn’t be charged the deluxe price for something that resembles the classic peanut butter chip. I felt like I wasted a 15-minute drive for such a disappointment.
