Firehouse Subs Lakewood Pavilion

We love Firehouse Subs and live 30 mins away So when we are in town we like to stop in but so disappointed they still haven?t opened up dine-in services. Eating in the car is not enjoyable. :

Great sandwiches. Disappointed that this franchise continues to offer a paltry selection of hot sauce as well as no dining in options. Arrived today hoping that wonderful selection of hot sauce would finally be available but they continue to skimp onthe selection. I feel like its a shadow of its former self. In my disappointment I turned around and opted for Chic Fil Aacross the street. Edit: Anna, I appreciate your response. One of the things I've always enjoyed about Firehouse was the wideselection of hot sauces. Is there any chance that will be brought back as a feature of the restaurant or should I expect thatto remain a thing of the past?

The food is good but the service is really bad, when I preorder online I know the time it will be ready, sometimes it's late or early. When I went in one time a lady said to me you know your order isn't due to be ready at such and such time. I felt like Iwasn't allowed to come in to check on my order. Because of her I felt embarrassed and don't want to bother with ordering fromhere now.

Never had someone be so rude to me before I even ordered, don't know what the lady behind the counter's problem was, but definitely wasn't going to trust her to make me any food after her attitude and fit she threw at my girlfriend and I. We turnedaround and left before we even ordered. Wish her the best, but that's no way to treat people. We just walked in and got yelledat.

Today my roommate decided to go get sandwiches after we spent time moving stuff into storage. One of my favorite sandwiches from Firehouse Subs. He said everything went well. My sandwich was delicious as usual. 3-24-2022 I haven 't been in the restaurantyet. My roommate when he 's out and about stops in and brings me one of their yummy sandwiches. My favorite is the New YorkSteam corn beef, pastrami and provolone all melted tucked into a toasted roll. They will even add veggies.
