My family has been loyal fans of Dutch Bros for over 10 years, so it is always a treat when we come across one while traveling. Unfortunately, our experience at this particular location was quite disappointing. The employees seemed unenergetic and did not engage with us as we are used to with Dutch Bros. The person making our drinks did not read the order back correctly, resulting in a drink with the wrong ingredients and too much ice. The drinks were also not up to the standard we expect from Dutch Bros. Despite our disappointment, our love for Dutch Bros and past positive experiences make it difficult to give this location a low rating.

I have a love for Dutch Bros, but unfortunately, this particular location near my home is not up to par. The customer service is consistently poor, with my drink being not hot enough on at least three occasions. The staff seems more focused on moving customers along rather than ensuring the drinks are made correctly and at the right temperature. Instead of fixing the issue immediately, they make you wait until they are ready to remake it. I have contacted the company office each time to express my concerns about their lack of prioritizing customer mistakes. In my experience as a general manager in the food service industry, our policy is to address customer complaints promptly and make it a top priority to correct any mistakes. A customer who has already waited for their order and then received an incorrect one should always be given priority.
This restaurant used to be excellent, but the quality has significantly declined. The staff was very unfriendly and tried to give me someone else's drinks. The drink I eventually received was incorrect and tasted like watered-down dirt. I stopped going to this place some time ago, but decided to give it another chance and regretted wasting my time and money. Rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.
This restaurant offers a great takeout option for affordable prices. The food was excellent, earning a rating of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Golden Eagle dish.
