Dutch Bros Coffee - Lakewood

Love the rebel drinks, lound music helps to keep from chatting. But they do love to know your life story. Why? good question.

I come here almost daily and I love not only Dutch bros, but this location specifically. The people who work here are genuinely all so kind. My drinks are usually amazing. Sure, sometimes they can be off a little bitter, too sweet, etc. But that happens at every coffee shop, and this location is the most consistent. Overall the quality is great and even on the worst day, it 's miles better than Starbucks. I love the variety and the flavors. As for people talking about tipping, if you don 't want to tip just say no. I like being asked because I usually say yes. They are quick, efficient and friendly. And they come outside in the rain/cold. Why wouldn 't I tip one or two dollars on my order? It 's still cheaper than Starbucks. The few times I haven 't been asked I 've been disappointed because I don 't want to be like Hey! Let me tip makes me feel weird lol So please keep asking Also, I 've turned my entire family into Dutch Bro addicts ?

Dutch is my favorite! They never have to ask me what I want because they know me. Service is amazing! They are my 'Cheers ' place!

The last time we went our drinks were good and flavorful. We stopped going here for awhile because a couple different times our drinks had no flavor and tasted watered down. Even asked for more flavor and paid extra, but the drinks were still not good. The only part I don't really care for is feeling like you have to leave a tip. I don't mind leaving tips and I do when we go but I don't like feeling obligated to have to leave one, especially if the drinks were not good. My advice is to please not ask to leave a tip, have the customer ask to leave one. Also keep making your drinks more flavorful, we will definitely return for more, we live right by this Dutch Bros :

I'm not sure what all the hype is about this place. I've had two different beverages from here and they both were overly sweet and bland. The employees are super friendly and attentive though. (Initially rated 2 stars) Update They have amazing customer service and will remake the drink if you are unsatisfied. I was unaware of this! Customer service made it more than right and that alone makes this place 5 stars in my book. You can't beat great customer service!
