Dunkin' - Lakewood

I just wanted to take a minute to show my appreciation. Every time I visit (drive thru) I always receive great service. Friendly staff, always get my order right and they go the extra mile. They always say hello to my dog that’s in the back seat. Anyways, during these times where so much sucks, it’s always nice to know I’ll get good service here. Thanks guys, you make my dog and my day!

DO NOT GO HERE! They said they only take cash… upcharged a product by over $2.50 and when I asked for a receipt the lady and “manager” laughed and the door shut.It’s ethically wrong and I feel people are getting scammed at this location.

The key to enjoy dunkin' donuts is to manage their expectations and most likely to lower them. a step above the petrol station donuts. service was great.

I'm going out every morning to get into the w. 117th position! They're always fast, friendly and friendly! I have never seen a long line move as fast as I am here (way faster than diet) and they are amazing! cannot say enough great things about these friendly and friendly people!

11.30 a. m. and there is no toilet paper in the women's room. I decided to use the men's room so I did not have to drip dry which there was some toilet paper in the men's room but it would need to be refilled soon too. I washed my hands and then when I went to dry them there was no paper towels in the dispenser, so I went to use the hand dryer and that was broken and didn't work.Isn't this a new location? I would expect better especially for $5.25 for a breakfast sandwich.Also I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they gave me the maple bacon not the regular bacon. I kept trying to figure out why my sandwich tasted like syrup.
