Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lakewood

Haven't had pleasant experiences with other locations, so it was so nice to finally have a good one at this location! And the food and service was great.

Wanted to try the Keith lee quesadilla and got the vinaigrette and sour cream. They gave my friend like a drop of vinaigrette and me none at all just double sour cream. Quesadilla looked like it was made by a 5 year old. Veggies inside looked like it was left over from the day prior. Never will go again

I go to this location all the time and it’s hit and miss. I always order the same thing: a quesadilla. This time I go and the workers tell me that quesadillas are not allowed for walk in customers- “they’re only for online order.” I usually order one for myself and one for my son: the kids menu one. I was told no and was forced to order something else. Have you ever gone somewhere to fulfill a craving and been told “no get something else.” They said I had been getting it before because people were “breaking the rules and they are now being reinforced.” Seems like nonsense to me. It doesn’t take that long to slap two tortillas down with some meat and cheese and send people on their way. Not only that, but the ladies completely lacked customer service skills and were not friendly. No “hi how are you what can I get for you?” No “thank you, have a nice day.” No “sorry about that, sorry for inconvenience.” Just sad.

I ate a salad in yesterday from this place. It was the worst salad I've ever had. It was all glopped together. Way to much sour cream and avocado No taste. Just a big mess. No tomorrow and they charged me 18 dollars. I've eaten at other Chipotle d and it was good. This place big disappoinment!!!

The location always runs out of chips after like 8:30 pm. I stopped eating here because when I want a chipotle bowl I want a bag or two of chips to complete my order. Something so easy to make shouldn’t run out so easily. Especially when the employees look to be cleaning to get outa there by 9. They explained to the guy before us that they prioritize the online orders over the patrons coming in and that’s why the chips are out. Sounds like a cop out for not being prepared or wanting to make more. Several people in line were also dissatisfied this location was out of chips yet again. Just make more chips it’s a simple solution to this issue. P.s/Update, if you order extra meat on the tacos be aware you are about to pay more for that extra meat than you did for the entire taco. The steak tacos were 3.95 each WITH STEAK and the extra meat option costs an extra 5.30!!! Each taco was 9.25 for just a little extra steak. How can the extra steak cost more than the entire taco that has steak on it. Not logical.
