I had never been to this restaurant before and found it to be relatively quiet when I first arrived. We were seated by the bartender, and within about three minutes, our server Ben came to greet us. Great service from the bar attendant, personable friendly and knowledgeable
I went here for my birthday with a group of about 10 people. I hadn't visited in years, and I'm glad I did! Everything was served hot and fresh, and the cocktails were outstanding. The service was excellent, and they handled everything that came up. Everyone had a wonderful time!
This is my favorite place to visit. The food is outstanding, the drinks are spot on, and the staff is very friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more!
What a disappointment food wise, I got the fajita trio chicken, steak and shrimp, the chicken was dry, the steak was tough and overcooked and the shrimp were really cooked ok (nothing to complain about with them) the veggies were under cooked and not well seasoned, the tortillas were ripping when I unwrapped them from the tin foil (seemed like the were pre wrapped and sat in the tin foil to long. The side of rice was sub par and also lacked seasoned/ flavor. My highlight of the meal was gorging myself with chips and salsa and guac. However! The server was great, he always had a smile and made sure we were taken care of with drinks and chips. I didn't tell the waiter I disliked the food, unfortunately and fortunately I am not a Karen! The cooks are the one who knows better when the food crosses the line, that, in my opinion will not change unless the cooking standard does. I won't eat here again, sorry to say, but if my food was cooked without care, it's a matter of time before that standard poisons the other cooks. My suggestion is re training, to the Chili's standard, whatever that may be.
