I love macallister’s fish chips! it comes with french fries and a small dab of cole Slav. all tasted hot and fresh, and everyone was friendly and made them welcome. the atmosphere in the dining room was cool, quiet and pleasant. Although there was a main street event outside, it was not overly busy in the restaurant, which was perfect for us. I am happy to visit this place again!

Stopped for a quick lunch. Service was attentive, food was good, overall positive.

I never had bad food here and I tried different things. They fool you by putting a bunch of salad on the floor of their appetizers to try how there is more food there than there is. I saw this with the Calamari and the Knallbang chicken. There is a good amount of outdoor seating. The staff has always been pleasant, even if it is very busy.

The best Tuna Appetizer in town! I have to have it once a week.

My co-worker and I just had lunch here today. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. My lunch was phenomenal!!!!!! I ordered the fish and chips, the portion was huge and the batter was amazing, the house made tarter sauce was so good I can honestly say it was the best I've ever had! The atmosphere was laid back, comfortable and beautiful with wood and stone everywhere. Last but not least, the tea was very tasty and fresh! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
