I love this Rally's! Everyone who works there is Adult, and they do what they do well! I've never had a bad service: or not well prepared food. BTW sometimes I arrive just when they opened, that's when the food is the best. View all feedback.

I went there last night at 11:30 PM. When I got up to the place to order in the drive-through, the woman told me that they are having a shift change and will not be ready for a half hour. I have never been to any restaurant especially fast food where they shut down service for a half hour on a Saturday tonight. I don’t know if there are low staffed or whatever but I found it very unprofessional and whoever owns this business definitely lost a lot of money
We waited for more than 20 minutes in the drive thru for our food and it was not even fresh. Plus we were the only ones in the drive thru at the time smh
