I always have a pleasant experience at any Tiny Pies location, and this was no exception. Really friendly staff and as usual, excellent tiny pies. Would highly recommend 10/10. View all feedback.
What Shawna E doesn't like about Tiny Pies:
So the bad is the crust is thick with a capital T, I had the pecan, apple crumble and coconut cream. The pecan was meh the apple was pretty good the coconut was yummy. I wouldn't order them only because they aren't cheap but like I said crust is a bit too thick for my liking. View all feedback.
My wife was craving a piece of chocolate cake from La Madeleine but it was late on a Sunday and I didn 't want to drive across town to see if they had any. I started searching to see what was close and had never heard of Tiny Pies but thought I 'd surprise her and try it out. I called them and was told they had three creme pies avail and two fruit pies available. I headed over and got the following: Cherry-1 Apple-2 1 each of the Coconut, Banana and Chocolate cream pies. The service was great. The girl working was very polite when I called and when I arrived. I got home to surprise my wife but unfortunately she didn 't care for the Cherrie or Apple. I tried the apple and didn 't care for it either. We then let our son try both and he wouldn 't eat either. I 'm not saying they were bad, just didn 't hit the spot, so we saved the other three for the next day. On Monday, after dinner, we tried the Coconut, Banana Chocolate cream and slightly disappointed. The Coconut was by far the best of the three. The Banana had one large piece of banana in it and very little cream. The chocolate had very little chocolate cream in it . All three had a TON of whipped cream, which made up probably 60% of the pie, with the crust making up 35% and then the filling only about 5%.Ultimately, it was just a learning experience. I wouldn 't tell anyone not to go here for again the service was great and the place is VERY clean.I know some say it 's expensive but considering I got six little pies, that 's about the same as a full cake from LaMadeleine. The total for all six was right around $40 and with tip it was around 45, so that 's the same price as a full Sacher Torte at LaMadeleine. The biggest difference is the Tiny Pies are almost all crust and whipped cream, so not our cup of tea. I will say the crust was good though. It wasn 't a cheap bad tasting crust, but if/when you get a Sacher Torte from La Madeleine I guarantee you will eat every last crumb. :
Okay so owning and operating a small business is all about responsiveness and customer attention. In short, to cite a cliché, making lemons from lemonade. Concisely, Tiny Pies gets it. Oh and before I ramble on about their exemplary customer service the food is awesome! We picked up a Key Lime, Sweet TX Pecan, and a couple of savory pies. All terrific. You have won over a repeat customer. Great job!

The pies are absolutely to die for no doubt about that but I wanted to brag one of their employees Shannon! She’s an absolute angel! I was visiting Austin from Dallas and all of our friends told us that your pies are a MUST!!! I miscalculated our route and unfortunately wasn’t able to make it to pick up. After speaking to Shannon to come up with a solution she went out of her way to get those pies to us because she absolutely believes and loves in the pies. She drove 45 after work to hand deliver those pies to us! I am beyond grateful she did cause we finished 15 pies in one night and we all fell in love (nothing new right? but seriously more than loving the pies I love that you employ such amazing human beings! The kindness she showed us is something I will never forget! Can’t wait to come back to Austin and devour more pies!
The pies are so yummy. They taste homemade. I'll definitely be picking up more.
