My wife is the crazy coffee/caffeine nut. I am usually the chauffeur. I will get something more refreshing usually. My wife likes their coffee and I like some of the cold drinks like the cold coffees and fruit fusion drinks. The staff are normally fast, friendly and helpful. They are so slow with orders, especially in store. I waited in the store for 15 minutes for one small drink. The ac must have not been working because it was HOT.There was only one or 2 working on drink orders and they prioritize the drive thru , which is still slow). Some of the employees looked like they needed a coffee

This store completely ignores in-store customers. I waited at the register for several minutes before someone even looked at me and even after that I still had to wait longer until a 5th employee came out of the back to take my order.
Love the refreshing blended non coffee drinks with coconut milk, but this location is always busy and short staffed. Sometimes worth the wait.
