Papa Johns Pizza - Feedback

What Tim Walden doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Called in for delivery. Routed to a call center, the customer service person was very helpful but quite difficult to understand. Delivery was quoted for 37 minutes at the time. Actual delivery was twice as long. As I expected, the pizza wasn't hardly even warm, as if we were the last of multiple stops.
