Wawa - Lakeland

If you're considering getting food or drinks at this place, I recommend looking elsewhere. I can't speak for everyone, but in the three times I've visited, both the drinks and food were terrible and poorly prepared. They also tend to be out of half the menu items, but they only inform you about it after you've already paid. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

We really enjoy visiting Wawa! The coffee is fantastic—better than Starbucks, in my opinion—and the food is quite delicious too.

I stopped by to grab a sandwich before work and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. When I got to my job and opened the bag, I found the order was completely wrong—a few chicken chunks on top of some fries with a little BBQ sauce. The only reason I'm giving this a three-star rating is that the mac and cheese is always fantastic.

I frequent WAWA in both Florida and Virginia. My prior experiences have always been far above expectations with cleanliness. However, this particular WAWA is the filthiest I’ve ever seen. The coffee bar was disgusting with overfilled trash cans and creamer spilled all over the counter. The bathroom was simply grungy with trash all over the floor. I visited mid morning on a Sunday, so there was no rush or crowds. Management, you need to take action and bring this WAWA to a far better level.

March 1st 2023 1:01 PM Cashier at the cigarette wall could not be any ruder about having to do her job. Never had someone like that literally roll their eyes, huff and puff and give me an attitude like I’m inconveniencing them to all limits today. Probably not a good idea to have people like this working in your stores. I’m going to give my money to another store now.
