The Honey Baked Ham Company - Lakeland

This was my first time having Honey Baked Ham. My family served ham, Cajun turkey, a smoked turkey breast, and a roasted turkey breast. Everything was excellent. I only gave it 4 stars because the turkey was not fully cooked as indicated even after warming it for the recommended amount of time. There was some **** joints where the thigh connected. Thankfully we carved it before serving it to anyone who might've gotten sick. We simply carved it up and put the pieces back in the oven for another 30 mins. We have decided we're never cooking turkey or ham again. It will always be Honey Baked Ham.

Very rude customer service representative. I told her I want a bone in ham. She just went to the fridge grabbed one rang it up and voila $93 (let?s not even talk about the $3/lbs in price hike over last year)!!! She didn?t even ask me what size, didn?t show me the ham, didn?t do anything to support the purchasing experience. If there wouldn?t have been a line behind me than I would have asked for a manager after I quietly questioned her if there is a smaller like 6-7 pound ham and if I could see it. She only rudely answered that it is only size they have and that they are all the same. Proceeded to tell me to swipe my card. I felt insulted by her. I don?t mind paying a 500% premium on a high quality item but please at least pretend in customer service that you care about your customer. Still give 2 stars because it tastes amazing.

I actually learned of your company at lunch one day that was catered. They had honey ham, turkey, cheese, Hawaiian bread rolls, potato salad, broccoli salad. It was amazing! I may had to request more caters from here.Amazing food!

We loved the honey baked ham company. We happen to be in the neighborhood and decided to stop here for lunch. Hubby had a club sandwich, and I had a salad. I forget which one. It was excellent. The service was awesome too. Polite and patient when tried to figure out what we wanted. We haven't eaten lunch here in many years. Not because it wasn't good, more of we don't visit this shopping center much. Also, the time we're both off work, they're closed. If you haven't been here, or it's been a while since you have, it's with the visit. Next time we're in the neighborhood, we will definitely do for lunch. If not lunch, we'll be back to order our Easter ham/ turkey. We're not sure which one yet

This place is amazing! if I could give it more stars, I would! we put a great job for a coworker and her family as she just lost her son. I went to the shop and was greeted by the sweetest person, susan! she took care of everything. she was so helpful and friendly! it was my first time in the load, but do not definitiw my last! susan, thanks to you and your wonderful team for everything! we received a message from the family that thanked us. they were very overwhelmed by the love they received! many thanks again that this happens! blessings to all them at honey baked ham!
