Taco Bell - Lakeland

This restaurant needs to replace all of its employees and hire new ones. Every time I order, my food is prepared incorrectly and served cold, never fresh. I will not be returning. I recommend reading all of the reviews before dining here.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Instead of taking my order at the counter, they insisted I use the kiosk. Not everyone is comfortable with this technology and it felt very unaccommodating. The staff was very rude and I do not plan on returning. Additionally, the prices were ridiculously high.

This restaurant served me an empty shell, old, microwaved fries, a melted frozen drink, and a low-quality soft taco that I paid too much for. To make matters worse, I now have food poisoning from the meal I did eat.

Very rude staff. I went in to order my food and was told to order on the kiosk. I said I would rather order with a person so as to not take jobs away from the people themselves. I was told they only take orders via kiosk. 6 or 7 people in the store and noone can take an order? I left and went to another Taco Bell franchise owner that would rather employ people and not give theirjobs to a computer. Fast food restaurants need to stop outsourcing jobs to computers. Next they will install the machines tomake the food. Bad move for this location. Should be a zero stars for not taking care of the customer but more importantlypeople out there wanting jobs

Went there because it was close to home. This location puts about half the topping of any other location, doesn't even cover the chips on the nacho plate. Today out of Mt. Dew and Baja Blast, so no good options for soda, girl told me to get diet, nasty.
