Starbucks - Lakeland

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Lakeland area. It's actually nice that most of the employees know you when you come in, or even, if you order online. They know I'm a little picky when it comes to how I like my coffee, but here they make sure its right. If it's not, they will fix it with no questions asked, and they dont get frustrated with you, if they do, they sure don't show it. I had to stop going to the store that was much closer to me. They NEVER could get my order right, and the difference in the employees literally was night and day. The store on Wedgwood honestly is the best and the employees are the sweetest and I really do like a lot of the kids that work here. They're all very respectful. This speaks volumes about this company or the manager that runs this store. They seem happy and take pride in their job and they go out of their way to get to know you as a customer. It's hard to find that these days. Please be patient with them if it's busy, they honestly are doing the best they can and the fastest. Make sure you go by and you will see what I am talking about.

The dining experience consistently meets high standards. I'm hooked on their iced lattes. Unlike many local bakeries, they use low-fat milk, which keeps me coming back, even though their prices are a bit higher. I love the spinach breakfast package, but many people seem to be on a different diet from that. I recently tried the egg bites, which were delicious, but I don’t think they’re worth $5 for just two of them. The parking situation can be tricky, especially with the drive-thru line wrapping around the building and merging into a busy intersection. But once you're there, you’re set!

Next Door is a fantastic place with a lovely atmosphere. I don't drink coffee because I find it addictive, but maybe one day I'll give Starbucks a try. As for my kid, they spotted some nice things to buy next door!

Bri was friendly, warm, helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. It was clear that she knows her job well. Please let her know that she truly brightened our day. She would make an excellent trainer in customer service skills, as her approach is exemplary, especially in a world where so many people are indifferent to their jobs and customers. Dieucks is lucky to have her! Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience, and please pass on my appreciation to the mother with the two young daughters in glasses.

I love her remodel! I'm with each other day at dieucks and go between this place and the one on the socrum loop. I am here recently and can honestly say that the stand is super sweet and it is quite quiet here. the drive thru is in the regular long, but they really try to speed it up the morning by someone outside the orders.
