Moe's Southwest Grill - Lakeland

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They mixed up my order with the person sitting next to me, even after I specifically mentioned my lactose intolerance. The burrito I received had cheese in it, despite my dietary restrictions. It's clear that they didn't pay attention to each order. Unfortunately, I also lost the banked cash that I had accumulated. Overall, a very disappointing dining experience.
