Moe's Southwest Grill - Lakeland

Filthy. this load is cramped, always dirty and somewhat unpleasant to eat. reminds me of an unloved school cafeteria. I visit this location exclusively for the Monday promotion (super deal every burrito and drink for 6.99) but I would almost always drive the additional 15 minutes to a cleaner and more inviting place. I feel as if the load is underused or the manager are not trained to clean the load for the costomers to sit and enjoy what they have just bought.

I and some of my friends have recently stopped going here because the sheer fact that they have taken tomato from the menu they can not even get tomaten on everything they order more, how sad they enjoy their loss of taking

I would give zero stars if possible. Went in, very delayed greeting. Appeared to be some trouble between employees. Very cold atmosphere . I was starting to order, no rice available. The young lady waiting on me, looked in warmer, no back up rice. The 2nd employee seemed to have an attitude when asked about the rice. I was going to get a bowl. When I looked at food bar, it was so dirty and messy. The beans were low or dried up, the cheese sauce was dried on edges and dripping on over. The rest of the bar didn't look good. I made a comment, wow must have been a rough day. My attendant said yeah. The longer I stayed the more I did not want to eat there I told them I was leaving because everything was so dirty and messy. If I were a health inspector this would have been a fail for me

This is my third time coming to this location and I can say things have definitely changed since the first time I visited. I spoke with the young gentleman up front Danny the General Manager, whom took care of us and he explained to me that the store is under new management. Keep up the good work. It is clean, great customer service (quick, efficient friendly), and food was great, fresh and hot. Look forward to visiting again.

Never Again I request xtra meat because those scopes were so little , Then We pay $34.52 without drinks,the cashier was so shamed , she give us nachos for free , Those plates don’t look like xtra meat
