Mcdonald's - Lakeland

If you enjoy being treated poorly, then this is the restaurant for you. They treat their customers like dirt in the lobby. The lobby is filthy, made of cheap materials, and does not care about providing a good experience. I will not be returning to this place if they expect me to eat in this dirty lobby.

The dining area was dirty and none of the tables were cleaned during my hour-long stay. The bathroom was also in poor condition, but thankfully I did not get sick. Despite the cleanliness issues, the customer service was good. I was leaning towards giving this restaurant a three-star rating due to its problems, but I am willing to give McDonald's another chance to see if it was just an off day.

I usually like this McDonald's location, but today I was disappointed. No one helped me promptly, and I had trouble getting points on my app. The manager didn't seem to care about the issue. They were also out of various items. The employee at the register seemed new and made mistakes like forgetting my milkshake and not knowing where the drink holder was. Usually, the staff is helpful and friendly, but not today. Hopefully, it was just an off day for them.

I never had a cold burger of mcdonalds, but today was the first. I live 5 minutes from here. the quarter was cold, not even dreaming when I came from the way to the house. save yourself the hates and go to the wendys directly on the road. or the mcdonalds near the autobahn

If I could give 0 stars I would. We just got off work and stopped by McDonald’s around 9:50pm. We ordered 6 $2 cheeseburgers and the guy on the headset starting telling his associates, “we should just leave” “there’s 6 cheeseburgers on this orders” “I want to leave”. Very unprofessional and is very miserable at his job, maybe he shouldn’t work here then. Get a better job. Really upset me because I also work retail and would never treat customers that way.
