Mcdonald's - Lakeland

The breakfast experience at this restaurant was anything but ordinary. I had a long wait to pay while the girl at the front counter ignored me for about 15 minutes. Another employee eventually came over and asked why I was still waiting. The girl at the counter responded, saying that the lobby host could deal with me or I could just leave. Another worker stepped in, took my order, and was very polite. However, the atmosphere was tainted by the rude behavior of the girl at the counter, who repeatedly made it clear that lobby guests could leave if they didn't like the service. This attitude persisted throughout the 20 minutes I spent waiting to place my order, with the lobby guests being ignored despite there being about 12 people waiting. The service and attitude were terrible, with the girl in the red hat in the photo below exhibiting especially poor behavior. Accessibility to the restaurant was easy, with plenty of parking spaces available.

"Do not come to this restaurant if you are in a hurry. When we arrived, there was a long line around the building. After waiting for 30 minutes and seeing that only two cars were served during that time, we decided to leave like everyone else in line. It appeared that there were only two people working inside and they were not able to keep up with the demand. It was a wasted time and very disappointing."

Can we ever get fully cooked hot French fries at McDonald's? It seems impossible at all locations these days. However, the drive-thru experience was still good.

Serious customer service! they waited about 15-20 minutes and gave me completely cold food. they have no care for customers and I will never return there again. I wish I could rate them 0 stars or negatiw

I went there today for the first time in awhile. Always clean, even the parking lot. It is now filthy and dirty. For a medium size with today's prices, the fries were cold and the hamburger was overcooked, cold and dry. There is no way to show you cold fries. Medium drinks even got smaller. You would think the food would be fresh. I don't mind waiting for it to be cooked but come on! Almost 10.00 for this meal? Never again.
