I wonder, does McDonald's think I'm stupid and accidentally ordered the wrong thing? Do they believe I'm trying to save money by spending extra time with their employees? Or could it just be that someone made a mistake that they should rectify? Instead, their response was to make me write a negative review and stop patronizing their restaurant. It's a shame, but at least I saved 30 cents. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The employees and managers at this restaurant are rude. We ordered a cheeseburger that was missing, and they accused us of hiding it, making us wait over 20 minutes. Even after talking to two employees and the manager, they still insisted we were hiding it. Meanwhile, three other cars also had issues with their orders. Jim delivered exceptional customer service. my order was forgotten and he made it right by going beyond and beyond and even throwing an additional meal at the end for me. many thanks, jim for what your team did for me tonight
I was enjoying my ice-cream cone until I bit in the actual cone and seen paper inside.. messed up my craving
It was late and staff was slim. I won't fault them for the wait but our fries were limp on the top and in the bottom was full of tiny little potato pieces. The staff was friendly, the nuggets were good.
Best McDonald's in Lakeland, FL. Food, (especially french fries) are always fresh hot. Not much of a wait in drive through line to get your food. Fast service to get you on your way quickly. One time I ordered 2 apple pies with my meal, they only had 1 available, so they offered to upgrade that to 1 apple pie an apple fritter, which was wonderful. ??
One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to In My Life. Wouldn't wish this for no one to stop there. Management and all employees is a joke. AND NO this is not just a person being a Karen I LIVE .3 miles from this place and will for now on drive 5 miles to the one in Haines city to get my Frappes and milk shakes and 5 happy meals. never in my life I felt so unappreciated or welcome to be in company of business. I hope the BIG MANAGEMENT COMES and straightens this place out. And I really hope that everyone takes the time to give a review of this sorry establishment you call your neighborhood McDonald's
