Hibachi Express Lakeland

Everything tasted amazing, steak cooked perfectly, lots of flavor, Rice really good and not crunchy. Sauces were really good. Vegetables were amazing, Fried and steamed dumplings were so good. 10/10 best experience Ive had with DoorDash and a restaurant so far. Took a while to get though but the price isnt too bad. Cant really complain. Good food, highly recommend

The steak was overcooked, the shrimp was chewy and none of it tasted well. The steak was ordered medium rare and what I received was well done. The vegetables were soggy and mushy. I spent over $100 on my order and when I contacted the store they first tried to say that the food continued to cook while in the container and suggested I return the food and they would cook it again. After I told them that was unacceptable, they refused to help any further. I contacted door dash and all they were able to do is refund me a quarter of a refund. Needless to say I will not eat here or use DoorDash again.

The chicken was hard and old. And they messed up my order. Super disappointed. Dont waste your money

Ordered the steak. Everything was super dry. The broccoli was so over cooked it was hard. Didnt get any utensils, no napkins, not even a straw. Bad experience.

Steak was overcooked. Avocado was brown salad was white and there was no ginger with the sushi. This place used to be my go to place for good food but whoever is the kitchen tonight should be fired.
