Domino's Pizza - Lakeland

This Domino's consistently delivers perfection. The food is always excellent, and the staff is very helpful if you need to call. Their delivery is always prompt. Whenever I crave reliably great food, I always choose this Domino's.

I always enjoy ordering my pizzas from here because I know they will arrive fresh and piping hot at my door. Thank you, Domino's!

On October 7, I ordered two pan pizzas from Domino's. After picking them up and getting home, I discovered that there was no sauce on the pizzas. I called the restaurant, and they promised that my next order would be free to make up for the mistake. However, when I tried to place that order on October 14, I was informed there was no record of the previous agreement. I spoke with the manager, who was incredibly unhelpful and rude. He told me he couldn't honor the offer because the employee hadn't entered it into the system, and he even hung up on me. I've been a customer for the past two years, and I was thoroughly disappointed with how I was treated. I will no longer be ordering from Domino's; this level of unprofessionalism from a manager is unacceptable.

I like the setup here. Order online then pull up check in and they bring your food out to you and place it where you chose online to put it. I order mix and match $5.99 2 or more. Then pull up there because if you get delivery you have to pay thedelivery fee and $1 more per item. So if you pinch penny's like i do but still wanna order the kids dominoes (and you as well)
