Contribute Feedback What Jose Torres likes about Boriken Deli:
A little piece of my Puerto Rico inside Lakeland Square Mall. The service was good and so was the food. Finally a place where you can eat rice that has actual flavor in it. Which actually means a lot because Americans have a tendency to not season their food properly. I'll be visiting again soon. View all feedback.
What Wayne Emerson doesn't like about Boriken Deli:
Food was low quality. Plantains were literally cold when I started to eat them, ribs were not flavored very well at all and not hot, rice tasted old. In general, just poor quality food. Stick to Elenas Café on Edgewood Drive if you're looking for great quality Caribbean food. View all feedback.
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I initially felt a bit skeptical since there wasn’t a line, but the rice, chicken, and plantains we ordered tasted fresh and delicious. Great job!

Perhaps cooking and food is not a strength of your culture. However, I'm sure there are other things you excel at.
I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh hamburger, which was not frozen, and the rice and tostones were quite tasty. While it was a bit pricey, the quality was excellent.
Horrible. Meat was cold and no fully cooked. Tasted so nasty. It?s embarrassing they have a Puerto Rican flag up there. This does not represent Puerto Rican food.?
