Starbucks Coffee - Lake Zurich

I was unfortunately disappointed I order starbucks drinks all the time and unfortunately they messed up my order and I asked for little cinnamon. Seemed like they poured half a bottle of cinnamon in my drink it was un-drinkable. I tried to take little sips but it was so bad called to just have my drink remade and was hung up on. I would remove this review if they remade my drink.

Typical Starbucks but today the staff was having a particularly awkward conversation… how garbage their company is lol. Going on and on about how low the stock has gone, I don’t disagree but we shouldn’t have to listen to it at 7am. I won’t lie… I can get double the food at Panera for the same price and the food at Starbucks kinda makes me feel like I’m eating slop. Don’t normally eat here for that reason. I doubt the employee are wrong that the company is cutting a lot of corners, another reason I’m not gonna eat the food

Not a coffee drinker by any definition, I do enjoy a good cup of Joe. However, today I indulged in a spicy dragonfruit drink and it was delicious! Very cozy facility that even had an outdoor seating area!

I would bike here with so much people over the summer, and the baristas were always so nice and friendly! They have got to be the nicest people I’ve ever seen in the work industry so far, and I look forward to coming to this Starbucks.

Saturday morning 8:20am , I went in with my daughter to get a drink, but since we are both Asians, no one wanted to serve us. It is the first time in 10 years since we came to America that we have come across racist people.
