This restaurant is at a new location and I have nothing to complain about. I stopped in for a smoothie and a bite to eat and the service was excellent. I was so impressed by the server, Sara, that I had to ask for her name to leave a review. Despite being new, Sara's energy and professionalism made it seem like she had been working there for years. What User doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
Incompetent staff. Gave me my order and said the straw and everything is in the bag and sent me on my way. My last order had 2 shakes and a food in the same bag, so all seemed fine. I get home, and the food was missing. I call and they refuse to issue a credit or refund for the missing food. Filing a complaint with their corporate office and about to dispute the charge. I would like to share a special and wonderful team at this place. for all their outstanding efforts I asked a day after the manager. he has taken my command! jay has prepared it too! I wanted to tell him what a great job everyone does and that it was my favorite, from everything I had visited. special mention is made:Chris, hugensia, douglas, nick, bree, briana, cathy, megan, ane and the rest of the crew.
What is wrong with the personal? nosmiling nothing they do as if they may disturb them, they may pay the staff more and get them to show some emotions

Ridiculous actions by this place over a silly $6 quesadilla THAT THEY FORGOT. DONT SEND PEOPLE ON THEIR WAY WITH PARTIAL ORDERS AND THEN REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Never coming back here and I'll be sure others hear about my story. You will lose much more than $6 worth of quesadilla over this.
