I go for the fajita taco with guacamole. The best fajitas anywhere. I believe they grill them over mesquite. I don't think alot of people know about this fajita taco. I'm a connoisseur when it comes to fajitas so I know a good piece of meat when I taste it. Excellent! View all feedback.
What Fil Flores doesn't like about Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory:
The service was not very pleasant this last visit. Paid for cheese and chips and did not get them. Had also ordered a beef taco, and that was missing. Asked for plastic ware and it was also missing. Normally, this place is pretty awesome. View all feedback.
Food was soggy not good at all cold fajitas so don't recommend them

There could have been more meat. Everything was delicious ?.
It is better than Taco Bell, but not as good as El Fenix, Chuy's or Papacito's.
First time visiting. The food was good. However, I didn't care for picking up our meal in such a public manner.
