What Kylie Bins doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I?ve been to the location several times a week. I like the food, service, housekeeping. However the last 2 times I?ve been there my orders are all messed up. What I verbally say to the agent is not what is entered into the system. Even after repeating the order it stroll is incorrect. There is no fix. There?s no language problem. The agent does not concentrate on what I?m saying. Need more training View all feedback. What Stefanie Kovacek likes about Chick-fil-a:
Fantastic staff, very clean facility and excellent service. Only grip, and it is small, is the parking situation. Coming the line was so long that I parked nearby. In retrospect it seemed as if the line actually moved quite fast. View all feedback.
