Brooklyn Water Bagel - Lake Worth

Been here about 10x, and I have finally given up. At least half my orders are messed up. Majority of the time I would order TWO bagels. I'd get to wherever I was going, to give someone their favorite bagels with Brooklyn water only to find I have 2 bagels that were NOT the flavor I ordered! After bringing my grandkids each a bagel, only to have them fighting over who wouldn't be STUCK with the one that was sliced wrong, I will only buy Brooklyn water bagels when in Brooklyn.Palm Beach County water bagels work just fine.

The bagels here are all great options as they?re all pretty good but I still have 2 criticisms. My first complaint is that they can sometimes be on the cheap side when it comes to portions. The bagels themselves are always great but if I want cream cheese on a bagel, their needs to be a certain amount of cream cheese. I might as well just order the bagels and put my own spreads on it if they?re going to be on the cheaper side with them. My second complaint is the service.Staff can often be on the rude side when it comes to rushing people along with making the orders but then when it comes to actually making the bagels, they?re very slow. I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and I had to wait over 15 minutesjust for those 2 plain bagels with plain cream cheese. I don?t want to think about how long the wait would?ve been if ordered something with more substance. Overall not a bad place to go and the food itself is pretty good, but come inknowing what you want and be prepared to wait a bit.

Staff was really nice but I went at 6:45am and the bagels were already hard and I got chicken salad to eat for lunch and it tasted like they dumped a whole salt shaker on it. Also the coffee flavors were gross and really weird combos of flavors. The coffee ice cubes were awesome tho.

Still bagel cut super thick on one side the other half is missing half disgusting

The best! I can order or walk in to get my baker's boxes of Flagels. Yum!
