If you’re gonna promote that you have steak and you’re open till 12 PM and I show up every day at 10 to ask for steak and they’re always out

Pretty reliable Spanish food. Black beans are my favorite. The chicken breast was good, a little dry though. They accommodated my request for sauteed onions for the chicken. The plantains, rice and avocado were good too!

My family and I love Pollo and visit frequently but today the food was terrible the meat looks pink and old the bread was hard af and the rice seemed Old as well this location is not great at all food wise. Customer service was OK, but to spend a lot of money on food like this I expect everything to be fresh and fully cooked. I’m very disappointed.

They literally didn’t have beans today. If you order ahead online there is a 50-50 shot they even make the order.

Went here with my husband and we ordered through the drive-through. My husband asked for a tropichop White rice, black beans, and grilled chicken. Instead, they gave him yellow rice onions, no chicken, and a lot of random stuff that he had never asked for we had tried tried to complain, but they told us that what they got in the order even though we never ordered that we never ended up getting a refund or any type of accommodation for the Error they made I love this place. I love the food there too. Me and my husband really like it. We always go there but I wouldn’t recommend going to this one because they really have disappointed that’s what their actions I really like this place a lot because I knew most of the staff, but they have given me no choice but to never want to return to that place again take my advice
