What Duang Ratch doesn't like about Downtown Pizza:
Very rude waitress. The store was very empty, we got a take out and after walked out the store we just wanted to have a few bites on the table before we had to get going because the pizza look so yummy. Thin crusted but Well-seasoned pizza and quick service. [hidden link]
Very rude waitress. The store was very empty, we got a take out and after walked out the store we just wanted to have a few bites on the table before we had to get going because the pizza look so yummy. But the waitress came out and told us we had to leave. She said it in a very rude way. To be honest I don’t understand why she got to be so rude to customers. If the store was busy I fully understand that we shouldn’t sit there with take out, but it’s not busy at all. I’m not very happy with her attitude and her actions. Her customer service is sadly terrible. The food is ok but we will not go back there no more. I hope at least she can adjust how to be a better waitress or better person with better attitude. So sad.
Pizza maker is lucky I don’t come back after tht disrespect .
I don't know how to explain this pizza... it wasn't thin or crispy, or thick and soft either. It was a thick, dry crusted, Oily but not moist pizza...
