I placed an online order at 6:00 PM. The website indicated a one-hour wait time. I called at 8:00 PM and spoke to the manager, who was very rude. She informed me that my order had only been sent out two hours later. She mentioned that when the website says one hour, it could actually be an hour and a half or more.
