Tonight, our household had an easy dinner thanks to this restaurant. Everything was prepared correctly and tasted delicious. The young man who prepared my pizza, sub, and salad paid attention to the details from my online order. There was a slight wait in line, but the friendly and efficient staff made it worth it. Pizza? Trash. The management is terrible, the restaurant is dirty and the pizza was cold. I waited for my pizza for three hours and that's not even the worst part - when it finally arrived, I only got two wings when I had ordered 16. Ordered here online at 2:19 pm. Estimated arrival was 3:19. It's now just under 30 minutes past and I've now called and all they could do was have me wait or refund me. Management here clearly isn't doing their job well, which isn't surprising since I've had more than one experience like this here. My recommendation? Go to pizza hut, dominos, or literally anywhere else.
This is the most disorganized Hungry Howies I have ever been to or ordered from.
I don't know what's changed, but it definitely tastes different now. Also, 2nd time finding hair in one of my pizzas from this specific location. I think I'm done ordering here.
I order from this hungry howies about once a week with no issues but today I ordered online and then they called and said they could not deliver because they did not have any delivery drivers so I said I would come get it and then they called again saying they did not have something for one of the pizzas and I said okay no problem. I go pick up the pizza and wings and they were burnt so I called and they said I could drive back up there and come get a new pizza And I explain to them that I was on my 30 minute lunch break and I could not come back up there the manager would not get on the phone and then sent it through an employee that she would send me a coupon in about a week. I’m honestly just upset with how management handled the situation like it’s not that hard to say hey we’re sorry we burnt your pizza and your wings couldn’t deliver it didn’t have the items to make it. Overall a frustrating experience.
Love, love, LOVE HUNGRY HOWIES. this has been my favorite pizza place since I came to florida, and I've been here since I was 2. doesn't matter what you get it's always super good. was worried this hungry howies wouldn't be as good as the one I used to go to in Central Florida. but I was not disappointed. staff is always nice and never once have I had a order wrong. love their crust flavors and the wings are absolutely busting. much love hungry howies, will forever be my pizza place...
