Hungry Howie's Pizza - Lake Wales

The time of delivery is very long. if they wish fast delivery service, I would recommend ordering anywhere else! they are just worried about the pickup orders. I called today at 18 o'clock and received my order not until 9:10 o'clock. very disappointed by my experience!

Second time ordering first time couldn't bring soda second time couldn't bring the marinara sauce ordered for the family at least three cups. Pizza was warm soda definitely kept in car trunk and only two options available out of a gas station I know they have more than diet Pepsi and dr.pepper at a sunoco

There tracker said my food was done so i drove the 15 mins to get it once there was told its not ready it will be another 15 mins.It might not matter to anyone but i have a 6 month old at home that i missed putting to bed because of this and that bothers me alot i will not be going back ill either wait extra time for other store or ill look else where

I had the distinct displeasure of dealing with Hailey this evening, very rude, very unprofessional to say. Requested a cancellation of an order placed over an hour before hand when told there are still several orders in from of the order I placed.I understand people do not want to work, but at least be honest about the wait times. If you say an hour then I am expecting an hour, if it’s two say so.I want to know my order is being refunded, as the app online still shows in previews.Don’t deal with this location, very rude people…

Been trying to call them for over an hour. I know the phones are working. The one and only time I talked to someone they immediately put me on hold. Then I got hung up on, and the last two times I ordered from them they got the order wrong.
