Their rice was extremely moist and nasty it taste like there was a lot of soy sauce on it and I went up to the lady and she said “she don’t know what’s in it and said we are very different”

Love the bourbon chicken and rice. Huge portions for cheap prices. Best food in the entire mall. Fast service and they will make it fresh for you upon request if the food looks like it has been sitting out for a little while. I have told them what I wanted and that I didn’t want the food already cooked because it looked old. They disposed of the old food and cooked up fresh food. Very nice ladies. Thank you. I always get food from there a couple times a month!

Best lbs I can find in the lake wales area. I come here maybe twice a week. The mall has low traffic these days. But these low prices will keep the food court in business for sure.

Customer service was great! For some odd reason my card was acting up and declined and after 3 attempts I offered to go to an ATM and try grabbing cash and they were very understanding and gave me the food id ordered. If I remembered the two women's names I'd give them a huge thank you!!!!

My dining experience was going well until I went to pay for my meal. The cashier began to inquire about my necklace and my religion, which made me feel very uncomfortable. She then went on to tell me that my necklace was associated with evil and that Jesus does not align with it, which left me feeling confused. The cashier, who was a complete stranger to me, provided unprofessional and insulting service. I rarely visit this mall, but if I do decide to return, I hope to never encounter that cashier again.
