This lakeside restaurant features local seafood with your choice of how its prepared. Service was slow, food good at affordable prices and popular with locals. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake from their small pier.

I ordered 3 shrimp cocktails and got what looks like shrimp salad or lettuce and shrimp. I had to ask for cocktail sauce and got a look like I was crazy for asking and the cocktail sauce was expired so it ruined our shrimp. Our dinner was ruined.

This place was recommended to us. When we arrived there was a wait. The large dining room was packed. Our waitress Madison was great. Attentive and friendly. The oyster roast was phenomenally priced. Steamed perfectly. The amount you get with the full order is shockingly huge. The chowder and the oyster stew is a broth instead of stew. Our stuffed flounders was a filet with stuffing on top. Super dry. As well as the hush puppies. The appetizer sampler was decent not fries well done. This place is a decent for the area. Would come back when visiting again.

You'll never go wrong with a location like this. Right on the lake with that old fish camp vibe right from the start. The hushpuppies were perfect, mine, and the wife's sea food crispy and fresh. Their cocktail sauce was like none I've tried before and delicious. The included salad was extra nice and a great value. Probably never be back in the area and went there because of their reviews. Can't go wrong if your in the area.
