The last few times I have dined at this restaurant, it has been good. However, today I placed my order and another man ordered after me. He received his order, left, and I realized they had forgotten mine. I only received half of my order and had to remind the staff that I had more coming. There was no apology for forgetting my order, and I could hear them laughing about the mistake as I left. View all feedback.
Quality training was at this location a few weeks back. It took a long time for our food. I was given two free potato cards. I come back and I'm told the cards can not be used here.I've tried calling in my orders before because I'm in a hurry. I'm told only the guy that works here is allowed to take phone orders. He is always on break when I call.Then I wanted to call instead of writing a review and I'm told there isn't a phone number.
The staff is always friendly. My son and I were able to find what he wanted to snack on.
Purchased a large but based on the picture, probably more like a medium. I feel that I was gypped.
Placed an order online 20 days ago and still has not arrived and no update.
They are not open 24 hrs. Maybe the hours need to be adjusted on Google.
