It's Wendy's. You've been to others. It's the same. Your not going in (unless you need the bathroom) so does the atmosphere really matter? Chicken sandwich was hot. Fries were as well and the frosty was cold. They have 2 lanes but one is pretty much permanently closed, but its Wendy's, how busy they gonna be?
Bacon double stack had no bacon. The rest of the food was cold and smashed. This location needs some serious guidance. All you have to do is look at a screen, see what sandwich to make then make it. How hard is that??
Messed up my order multiple times, so I wait inside for them to fix it and they just threw someone else’s old food into my bag and gave it to me. The food was cold, smashed and disgusting. Awesome.
If you order the bacon burger it looks nothing like advertised. Double bacon is barely enough. Skimping on ingredients will not impress your customers, just look at your drive up window customer flow and you'll know I am right. If you have to raise the price a little, do it, but screw us over and we'll shut your doors for you.
