I went to Lucky Dragon tonight to have a great meal and relax. Lucky Dragon is (was by far the best Chinese food in lake stevens the meal I got was so bad I took it back, I did not ask for my money back, but I was not going to eat it either . View all feedback.
Good soups, decent food prices are okay atmosphere is clean. I have no complaints.
