I have been to many Jack in the Box locations, and this one is by far the best. I absolutely adore their Spicy Jack chicken burger. The chicken is cooked to perfection, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of spice. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Even during the busy Christmas season, the staff were friendly and welcoming. You must give this place a try! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
I ordered a breakfast sandwich without meat but unfortunately, my order was wrong three times. The staff was rude and slow to fix the issue, even accusing me of lying. They insisted that next time I needed to specify the name of the specific ingredient I wanted to remove from the sandwich, instead of just saying "no meat." My bf got Hep A from this place from unwashed produce. I found a spider in my burger, Still Alive! I even returned it showed them all they did was give me a refund! Called corporate all they did was give me a coupon say sorry. WOW!
Very friendly staff. Lady warned me fries were hot which is not something a normal jack in the box would do. Shorter line than usual too.
My friends and I just came to this location today and the manager (Debrah) was so rude to us. Any time we come here she’s always in a bad mood and very rude. Bad customer service. She should not run a restaurant with that kind of attitude.Not coming here anymore.
I would not recommend this Jack In The Box. My mom tried doing three separate orders at the drive through and Dude taking the orders said his boss wouldn't let him and they were actually going to make us go back around and go through the drive thru again to make the third order. I decided to take my business to Burger King because this guys boss wanted to be a dick.
