Burger King - Lake Stevens

HORRIBLE manager Mikayla, yelling at 2 young girls for using the restroom. Demanded to buy something or else. Standing outside the bathroom door to listen to their conversation and then yelling and embarrassing them, then banning them. When I called she spoke so fast wouldn 't let me speak or ask anything other then to tell me she had witnesses witnesses to her yelling and screaming at a 14 year old girl for needing to change her feminine product. Classy.

Arrived at 6:45 didn’t get food for 45 minutes. Two people in front of me no one in the building at all so 25 min in line just get to the order screen.Waited at order spot for 7 min another 6 min in line and then told to pull up front. Spent another 4 min there just to have to send the person back just for condiments which they didn’t bother to ask of if I wanted. I used to take my kid with me to the lake stevens bk but truly wouldn’t tell anyone to go there the employees were rude. Truly disappointing!!Whoever owns this place should be ashamed!

The first time I went through the drive thru, they forgot the cheeseburger in the kids' meal. I tried to call, but nobody answered the phone. The second time in the drive thru, I waited to check my order was all there, and good thing I did, because they forgot the onion rings. Would not recommend wasting your time at this location.

Worst Burger King their drive thru is so slow. Don’t go there unless you have 25 mins. Don’t go inside either, they just blow you off. This place is a joke. No customer service.

This is my favorite restaurant on my way to work. Mylee and James (who usually work in the mornings) are some of the best people I've met, and they do a superb job. Always fast, food is hot, and friednly staff.
