Order on the app in the store. It took 15 minutes and I asked where from order ordered to 3 others and got their food. The manager worked the register and was evil and said she didn't get my order. After she came through the pile of revenues from the register, she found our order. She was very angry and began to get the order together. She was literally eating in her pocket. I went to the Popeyes chicken here off Ronald Reagan drive and it was one of the worst experiences. ? doors locked cause they were under staffed. Waited in the drive thru for over 20mins before I even got to the speaker. Ordered ahead to make it quicker since I sit there forever finally got to the speaker told them I had a online order and my name and she says hold on a min. Ten mins goes by I have to say hello still there? I get attitude and tells me to hold on again. Then finally says what can I do for you. So I repeated myself I have a to go order and was told to wait. She says pull up and ill see if I can find your order. ? ? ? like seriously? So then get the food One soda was wrong. Forgot the dipping cups. On top of that the food was rubbery couldn't even eat most of the shrimp cause it was sooo hard and crispy. Just ridiculous ?. I'll never stop here again. Sad too cause I love Popeyes and went out of my way to stop on the way home. Shame.
It took about 10min for anyone to answer through the microphone (and that was only after I called out to them). There are 4 vehicles in line now and the line hasn 't moved in 20+min (that 's just how long I 've been waiting). There was an additional 15min wait once I got to the window as they were just then dropping my order.One of the people on the clock mentioned that the wait was due to not having anything ready because they want to make all of the food fresh .
Ordered my phone online for pickup. Arrived to lock doors and 0 cars at the restaurant. Someone was mopping? Okay I try the drive thru. No answer. We wait patiently for even a hello. I always hear complaints about fast food places being disastrous but have never in my life experienced or expect such a thing. Such thing is prevalent here apparently.EDIT: A kind manager who had just arrived (I guess he wasn't an opener) ran out and apologized to me after I waited 20 minutes. Apparently no one had shown up to work that day. He put a sign up on the drive thru declaring they were closed and salvaged work by cleaning what was left.Just shut down this place if you're hiring childish or immature adults who cannot handle basic responsibilities like going to work when expected.
I'm not quite sure what they're selling here but it isn't food. I waited 20 minutes in line then I get up to the microphone and they asked me to wait again. I waited another 5 minutes no one ever came back to me so I left the line and went somewhere else. I've noticed that a lot of the restaurants in this area are very short staffed it's gotta be something to do with. And for heaven's sake don't ever walk to the restaurant without having a car because none of the restaurants in that area have their lobby open McDonald's, Taco Bell or popeye's. When I say 25 minutes that's not to get my food that's just to get in line and to get up to the microphone there were only 3 cars in front of me when I pulled in.
Ridiculous for sure! Went to this Popeyes on Friday at 9:10PM went in to place togo order! But one of the employee told us “Lobby closed!!!” Which not true because business hours posted by the door legally says 10AM 10PM and posted different for the drive thru hours! From 9:10PM to 10PM still far out over 30 minutes, that employee she was so rude and just keep yelling “Lobby closed” for 2 3 times like we were deaf or something. We actually shocked seeing still have some people working in the kitchen and the time not even 10PM plus got yelled. We wonder?!! Is this a real “Popeyes” customer service??? I think Popeyes corporate office needs to look deep into this store! How Popeyes able to have a loyal customers if your store able to open and close whatever time the employees like and not follow the proper business hours the Popeyes puts in for public?!
