Couldn't call to place an order and when I got there, they said someone was yelled at so they've stopped answering the phones today. The thing was ringing the whole time I was in there and they just ignored it. Also the who time the kid made my sandwich he complained that they were out of m9st of the toppings so he was told to go light on my sandwich. The he customer service here is always fantastic and the guys working here ALWAYS go out of their way to adhere to high standards while making my wife's sandwiches (she has celiac). They change their gloves , they clean the area prior and as far as I can tell there is no cross contamination etc. so if you have celiac this is a great choice for a sandwich. The meat is freshly carved per order, and the condiments/toppings are fresh.
Everyone is nice at Jersey Mike’s. I love going there. It's my new favorite place. The food is so good and healthier and have a recommended place to anyone the staff there is wonderful.Vegetarian options: Really wonderful there for anyone to go
