Mcdonald's - Lake Pocotopaug

They don't seem to have enough staff. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes without being waited on.Kid-friendliness: My son lives the dirty playground.

THEY HUNG UP ON ME, SO DISAPPOINTED BY THE WORK ETHIC!!!?????

Going to stop going to this location because either they need a new radio or whoever these people they're hiring are hard of hearing. 9/10 my order is wrong or the fries are practically inedible and makes me wonder what I'm paying for. Theres also some workers who will chat with their friends whenever they pull into the drive through instead of sending them on their way to serve the next person in line. McDonald's may not be the best place to work, but they should at least hire people that actually give a care about what they're serving.

I 've gone almost everyday for breakfast for the SAME thing for almost 3 months. (Don 't fkn me). They manage to fk up my order at LEAST ⅓ of the time (which is an extremely simple order). You have to be extremely specific and in return they seem to get taken back when doing so. But if you aren 't overly specific, forget getting what you expected. Really weird right? (It 's not). McDs breakfast is goated and their food at this location is 4 5 for sure. It 's just having to hold their hand while they do THEIR job too often is what really bums me out. I 'm usually not in the mood to cook that early, and certainly not looking forward to driving 15 minutes to another location. But it looks like East Hampton McDonald 's is getting replaced. So sad.
