We actually dined at this restaurant twice! The servers Ashley and Maja were both fantastic. We had a great experience overall. This restaurant is a nice spot to have a more mature dining experience, especially in a town that can sometimes be dominated by young hockey players. View all feedback.

This restaurant is not too bad, but the dishes are very small. The prices are a bit high for the amount of food you receive. I ordered the lobster ravioli, but it was only lukewarm when it arrived. My daughter's Mediterranean salad was slightly larger than a side salad and cost $24. My husband enjoyed his Italian dish, but it only had a few strands of pasta and cost over $30. The service on the night we dined here was total chaos. I was able to reserve a table on Open Table with no wait, but walk ins were told it would be a 90 min wait. We were seated relatively quickly, was given a glass of water, and then waited for 20 minutes before anyone came back to take our order that just happened to be the host who was checking in guests at the front and was also bussing tables. There were only 4 people actually working the dining area that we could see and there didn’t appear to be any organization to who was doing what. Despite the wait to order, the food came quickly and was good, not great. Average Italian fare, good size portions. Don’t know that I’d go out of my way to dine here again.
We vacationed in Lake Placid for the weekend and ate at Jimmys the first night we arrived (as we have several other times). The food was delicious- we were looking for Italian food. We were seated and served promptly. We had reservations. Our waiter was excellent. He accommodated a change to the menu. We highly recommend this restaurant for a high quality, casual meal.
