Customers reported long waits, unresponsive staff, and frequent shortages of menu items, leading to frustration. While some enjoyed tasty tater tots and strawberry shakes, others found burgers cold and lacking essential components, like barbecue sauce. Service quality varied significantly, with a few standout employees shining amid the chaos. Overall, while there are glimpses of delicious food and attentive service, the ongoing operational issues and inconsistent quality leave many questioning their return to this once-beloved spot.
Not sure if Sonic discontinued mello yellow from the menu but it was no lo ger available, in fact the staff seemed to have no ides what mello yellow was at all . Food was great. They ran out of ketchup though. When we initially drove in and pressed the call button we waited about 5 minutes and my partner was getting frustrated as to why it was taking so long. I told him to press the button again and almost emediatly the staff member alerted us to use thw drive through. Im assuming short staff for whatever reason. I hope they had an okay day despite lack of product and staffing issues. Being a retail worker i know it can be tough keeping people patient and content. Thank you for the meal
Waited 23 minutes in the drive through. 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally got my order at the window, the girl was so RUDE!!! I axed for ketchup. She says” we are out of ketchup “!! WHAT???? Horrible burger. Never going back. Place has gone WAY down
My 6-year-old great-granddaughter and I stopped for a treat after our movie date. She had an Oreo milkshake and I had a caramel shake. We both really enjoyed our drinks. The young lady who served us was very sweet and friendly. It was a pleasure to meet her.
Long waits, ALWAYS short staffed many times there's ONLY 1 individual available to service multiple customers which causes extended waiting. Many times I've had to contact customer service provided for the Sonic app due to my order being incorrect, or service offered on app not being honored by the restaurant. There are great employees there but my favorite is Patrice! She deserves 100 raises! She's the very best there when it comes to customer service, polite demeanor, punctual service, had NEVER gotten my order wrong! She'll even have each every sauce requested!
Horrible service, food was cold, waited 18 minutes (99% of it at the window) in the drive thru for a cherry limeade, grilled cheese and mot sticks. I used to work here and can't believe how much of a dump it has become. Don't bother stopping by, go somewhere else, anywhere else is better than this.
