Rojas Fusion Tacos - Lake Ozark

We finally made it to Rojas Fusion Tacos tonight and it was well worth the wait, we loved it! The restaurant was nice and clean with a great vibe and friendly owners. We love Mexican food but we’ve never had authentic dishes like we had this evening. We started off by sharing a bowl of Pozole, which was a flavor bomb soup like chili…only better. This is a must have starter but share it, it’s big. Then we each had an order of Birria tacos that were just amazing, like eating super flavorful pot roast tacos with melt-in-your-mouth meat and delicious sauces. We kept saying, “OMG this is so good!” Can’t wait to come back and try other menu items, I know it’ll all be great!

Amazing service, amazing food, amazing people! I would drive back to the ozarks just for their torta

I had the birria tacos, they were okay (and the only reason I gave this 2 stars). My husband had the Al pastor tacos (don't know what mystery meat they used) they were awful. My nephew had the fried tacos (he didn't complain) The esquites had burnt corn, that tasted like it's been reheated too much, or they cooked it too long. We watched 3 tables walk out without being taken care of at all. I wish we would have made the same choice. I had such high hopes for this place, but I definitely won't be back.

We we're questionable about menu at first but she explained it. Omg the tacos we're outstanding and the birria tacos delicious. We stumbled across them just turning around on the strip. It's a must try for sure
