Hk's The Lodge Of Four Seasons

We had the best time celebrating our 15th anniversary at HKs. Kat was a great server we loved her and she did a great job

It is always a treat to eat at HK's and on this occasion, I was able to order the famed Turkey Steak. This was a favorite of mine for many years and exciting to be able to enjoy it again. Our server, Jade, was very attentive and very welcoming.

Kat, a server, when asked how much experience she had as a waitress, she replied 3 weeks. She needs more training, her lack of experience was evident. Not saying she did a bad job, just the inexperience showed.

Startlingly bad, both in regard to the food and the service. My wife and I consider it to be the worst dining experience we have ever had. Abysmal.

I ordered the glazed salmon. Was a bit disappointed because it had barely any flavor. Absolutely no glaze except for what was splattered around on the plate. My husband had the prime rib. He said the best thing on his plate was the garlic mashed potatoes. Very overpriced for the meal served. The atmosphere was quiet which I enjoyed.
