Corona Mexican - Lake Oswego

Meh. Admittedly, I only had leftovers from my wife's lunch that she brought home after work. Sadly this is how I get to try a lot of the restaurants down there because she works in Lake Oswego. Leftovers were from were from a “three taco pastor” combo lunch, and it was… meh. The meat was somewhat flavorful, but very mild, cubed and dry (instead of shredded so they could keep it moist) and it just had no zip. Aardvark sauce from the fridge helped a lot. Friendly service. We had a large crowd and the waiter managed our crowd fairly well, he did a good job.

Food is good but They are very slow on service performance.

Had lunch there today. Started out good with the chips and salsa. All down hill after that. I got the lunch combo with one taco and one enchilada. My steak taco was ok not much flavor, not to mention a 2.95 up charge for the 10 pieces of steak. Chicken enchilada had no flavor, probably the most bland mexican food I’ve ever had. Enchilada sauce had very little flavor. Service was also bad. Only ones in the restaurant, and waited 10 minutes for a soda refill. We won’t be back.

The first few times I went here over the summer the food was fantastic. I can't say that about the last couple times I've been there. Food prices have increased and are high, quality is variable depending on the cook, service depends on which waiter are you have but, the restaurant in general is very pleasant.
